Svādhyāya Yoga Therapy in the Mountains

As we approach the autumnal equinox, join us in a transformational somatic experience of meditation and yoga as a therapeutic journey.

Mountain Svādhyāya Yoga Therapy
Sunday, September 1, 2024
9:00 am – 11:30 am

Our space up Little Cottonwood Canyon:
Our Lady of the Snows
10189 E Hwy 210, Alta, UT 84092

Move through breath and body into healing, clarity and compassion, guided by three professional mental health therapists, meditation and yoga teachers.

In yoga, svādhyāya is the study of the self. Stress and trauma can separate mind from body, leading to disrupted intuition, emotional dysregulation, and a lack of presence in the beauty of life.

Gathering indoors in the mountains, we will gently drop into centering meditation, move into a hero’s journey vinyasa flow, and carry through into integrative yoga nidra.

This transformative two and a half hour yoga therapy experience is adaptable to all levels of practice and yoga experience. We invite you to come as you are, wherever you are in your journey.
