Em has been in practice as a therapist, emphasizing resilience and post-traumatic growth for 15+ years. She is also an experienced Yoga and Meditation Teacher, integrating mind-body work into experiences designed to draw you out of your comfort zone and into a vibrant, full life.   • An open mind and heart
  • A water bottle and any personal drinks or snacks you'd prefer
  • Layers for any kind of weather - it's Utah! Hat, sunglasses, jacket...
  • Good shoes for hiking comfortably
  • Your yoga mat (or let us know if you need to borrow one)
  • Sunscreen, bug spray, hand sanitizer (we will have extra)
  • Your journal and pen
  • Backpack, bag or fanny pack for your hike supplies
  • A blanket and cushion/pillow for our sound bath meditation
