That hero mindset looks hot on you. We’re gonna practice the downshift from that pesky victim toilet swirl that likes to takeover into heroic lemons-into-hard lemonade grit. Then, you’re gonna take on the world. Seriously. That’s part of this one.
We will convene at the Observation Deck at the end of the Barrier Free Trail at Snowbird. Plan on travel time up the canyon, and a nice 20 minute walk through the resort and up the trail.
Bring your own mat, jacket/blanket and sunscreen, you lovely thing.
