Together, we will embark on a weekend Resiliency Field Trip into the heart of Utah, the confluence of mountains and red rock, a meeting place for your mind, body and soul.

We will shed old skin, play in the desert, nourish body and the mind, heal through meditation and movement, and full-on belly laugh while manifesting new chapters.

Em has been in practice as a therapist for 16 years. She is additionally a yoga and meditation teacher, integrating mind-body work into experiences designed to draw you out of your comfort zone and into your vibrant, full life. Email with your bed type request and any dietary needs. Confirmation within 1 business day. Refund available if your lodging preference is unavailable. Balance due by June 17th, or within 24 hours of confirmation if after June 17th.


  • A face mask for public spaces where it may be required or if you would like to wear one during the retreat. Masks will not be required and facilitators are fully vaccinated.
  • An open mind and heart
  • Your journal and a pen
  • A water bottle and any personal drinks or snacks you'd prefer
  • Layers for any kind of weather, including a hat, sunglasses and jacket. Don't forget your pjs!
  • Swimsuit
  • Good shoes for hiking
  • Your yoga mat (or let us know if you need to borrow one)
  • Sunscreen, hand sanitizer/wipes (we will have extra!)
  • Daypack for your hike supplies - you'll be carrying your own water, snacks and layers (or swimsuit!)
  • Optional: An inspiring book to peruse during your solo time
  • Optional: Your own yoga mat, meditation cushion, or favorite yoga supplies (we will have supplies for you, if not)
