A special yoga therapy experience that interweaves the hero’s journey to integrate mindset through movement alongside a deeper surrender practice to support somatic healing and growth.

We will begin with a brief guided meditation with poetry, build heat through my traditional warm hero vinyasa flow, and then surrender, yin giving way to long restorative poses with supportive cold aromatherapy towels and a gentle crown chakra release as we lovingly let go of what no longer serves.

Make it a day: Bring a friend, enjoy the Daybreak farmers market after, and then picnic by the lake with a drink from Ground to Earth Coffee (all walking distance!).
