Join me for our favorite Hero Flow Yoga just before sunset in a beautiful park in the foothills of the mountains!

Location: Hidden Valley Park (2860 Wasatch Blvd, Sandy)

Bring water, layers, and your mat (or let me know if you need to borrow one)

There is a beautiful trail that takes off from the back of the park, so perhaps combo up a short wander to the bridge on the trail (around 30 minutes) plus yoga! The full moon is the night before so a night hike after yoga is a great option, too!
