For Helping Professionals: Join us for a virtual training that presents a hierarchy of resilience such that we can prioritize efforts to relieve anxiety and reactivity toward meaningful responsiveness.
The opportunity inherent in crisis – in our own lives and that of our clients – is that it allows for a very honest assessment of our resilience, both internally and within our relationships.
Following this training, participants will:
- Understand a hierarchical model for resilience and how this can be applied to treatment planning and clinical intervention
- Experience personal application of an assessment tool for resilience that can be deployed with clients to empower responsive action
- Be able to identify six research-based factors for resilience, and associated interventions to reduce anxiety and reactivity with clients in the midst of crisis
