Join me for a 4-week course designed to help you take immediate action to build a foundation of resilience in your life, and establish a lifelong personal resilience practice!

This experiential course brings together the six cornerstone resilience modules that I normally teach for $500+. I anticipate that I will teach it one time only within the Lifelong Learning program.
