Join me for a beautiful sunset at the top of Ensign Peak in Salt Lake City as we celebrate the Summer Solstice – the longest day of the year, our apex of spiritual adventure, and the pivot point for journeying back into soul.

We’ll meet at the top of the 1/2 mile hike up Ensign Peak, move through 60 minutes of Hero Flow yoga, and then celebrate with a bubbly non-alcoholic toast to summer, and the unknown chapters ahead!

Bring your yoga mat, good shoes, a water bottle and stretchy layers.
