Summer Yoga at Snowbird SOLD OUT
June 14, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm$20
Let’s namaste together in the sunshine overlooking the canyon!
These classes are 75 minutes long, beginning with meditation and ending with a longer savasana. You’ll already be up the canyon, so I highly recommend hitting Snowbird afterward for a late lunch or bring a picnic for a hike!
It’s a ready-made personal yoga retreat ❤️
*Pre-pay to reserve: Venmo $20 to @emcapito. Text 801.898.0842 for remaining availability or join us on GroupMe via the link below for live updates*
Suitable for all levels. Bring your own mat, water and sunscreen/sunglasses. Ages 12 and up. Minors must have a parent/guardian present.
Plan for enough travel time so that you have at least 10 minutes to settle in! The canyon drive tends to take 20 minutes from the mouth, and then there is a 1/2 mile paved nature walk to the observation deck, which takes 15-20 min.
You’ll find the Observation Trail directly behind the Peruvian Lift if coming through the Snowbird Center, or you’ll run into it directly if you walk directly over the bridge from the parking lot – and then walk 1/2 mile on the paved nature trail to the deck!

1. Drive up Little Cottonwood Canyon for 8 miles (about 20 min – start up the canyon by 11:10 am).
2. Turn into ENTRY 2 for Snowbird. Park in the main lot for Snowbird Center.
3. Walk over the bridge with the blue banners until you reach the Peruvian chairlift.
4. The Observation Trailhead starts just behind and to the right of the Peruvian lift, take the paved trail all the way to the deck (this walk takes about 20 min).
💡TIP: The trail is just up the mountain from you on your walk to the Peruvian Lift, so if you’re adventurous or short on time, you can turn up the mountain right after the bridge until you intersect with the paved trail.
