If you want to feel connected into the constellation of experiences guiding your purpose, if you recognize the immensity of that purpose and want to live it into reality, or if you would simply enjoy a more meaningful daily existence, I invite you to join me at the annual Sankalpa Workshop.
We will reflect on the peaks and valleys of this past year through meditation, guided journaling and a personal constellation chart, allow deep lines of inquiry to open possibility, and then look to the horizon, setting intentions and anchoring into a singular sankalpa for the adventure ahead.

If you set intentions for 2025, you will want to bring those with you and also any resources of reviewing the year. For example, trips you went on, dates of significant milestones, how many miles you hiked – whatever resonates for you.
