Let’s celebrate summer with one final sunset flow at the top of Ensign Peak, with 360 degree views overlooking downtown Salt Lake City!

We’ll meet at the top of the 1/2 mile hike up Ensign Peak and move through Hero Flow yoga while the sun meets the horizon.

Trailhead: 1002 N. Ensign Vista Drive, Salt Lake City

Bring your mat, good shoes, stretchy layers (it could get chilly at sunset), and water. You’ll enjoy a 1/2 mile nature hike to the top where we’ll meet, flow, and welcome new chapters.
