Resiliency Field Trip: The Ice Bath Retreat

I am so excited to announce collaboration with Paulus and Cassidy to create this retreat – a Resiliency Field Trip into fear and discomfort, empowered through breath.

Together, we will cultivate and strengthen our resilience, deepen our connection with self and others, gain clarity, and open up a profound sense of well-being and strength.
In this workshop, you’ll experience an all-levels yoga warm-up, a 30-minute guided breathwork practice, meditation, and, of course: the ice bath. There are a multitude of health benefits, but the real workout is in our minds.
Intentional discomfort is one of the most powerful interventions we can give to ourselves, whether in times of peace or times of turmoil. Mindful stress exposure triggers renewal, healing and growth – in our bodies, minds and souls.
When we step outside of our comfort zones, we expand all of our possibilities, connect into our authenticity, and gain a wide lens perspective on our lives and the challenges we face each day.

Paulus struggled with ADHD, addictions, insomnia and endocrine issues for years prior to discovering breathwork. He’s been “hooked on breath” ever since and has dedicated his career to helping others heal. He apprenticed in the WIM HOF method of breathwork and hydrotherapy and facilitated hundreds of workshops while living and Bali, Indonesia. He’s also a certified SOMA Breathwork Instructor, Reiki Master/Teacher and trained in the use of Tibetan sound bowls for healing. He now loves sharing the power of breath as medicine in individual and group sessions in Salt Lake City.
It was through breath and other spiritual practices, that Cassidy was able to finally connect with herself and resolve her emotional barriers to peace and happiness. She’s a certified Health & Wellness Coach and Shamanic Reiki Master/Teacher. She provides emotional support and energy work in individual and group breath sessions.
