Gather within the folds of belonging as we tend to our heart and throat chakras, giving voice to deeper knowing and brave intentions.

Together, we will meditate before free writing into raw material of unspoken words, finding within them our own poetic readiness to emerge more fully ourselves. As always, we will connect as a community to be witnessed and supported.
