The full moon in November in this part of the world invites us to settle down into the darker, more reflective time of winter.

This is quiet, soulful energy. It can be uncomfortable to slow down, dial back expectations, and allow for more rest, but much is happening beneath the surface when we intentionally invite this outer stillness.

Join us for a sound bath meditation with Natalie Forbush as we cocoon intentionally, dropping into soul space and the seeds that are germinating there.
