August’s full moon invites us into reflection.

We will gather at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon and hike one mile to Cecret Lake, where the water will serve as a mirror into our our deeper truths and intentions.

We will move through poetry, meditation and embodiment practices before holding space as a beloved community, as always.

Location: Cecret Lake Trailhead (Note: there is a $12 fee per vehicle. To support carpooling all attendees will be connected in an email.)

Wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring water, your journal, a jacket, and a headlamp in a daypack. Optional: a blanket to sit on.
