How long is the course?
You will have lifetime access and can work at your own pace. The Resilience Class is designed to complete across eight weeks, absorbing and applying the lessons from one module at a time. That being said, everyone learns differently and some lessons will be more of a review, or more of a challenge, than others. That's the beauty of lifetime access, you can dig in where you want to spend extra time, and revisit topics as needed as your life evolves.
What should I expect?
After you enroll, you will receive login credentials to The Resilience Class, which is hosted on Google Classroom. Initially, at least one module will be released each week, and then all modules will remain available indefinitely. To support effective online learning, each module of the course will be broken into short, consumable lessons that you can watch from any internet-supported device. Plus, Google Classroom has a free app for most smartphones so you can easily learn from anywhere!
In between modules, you'll have homework, including reading, journaling and experiential practice, as well as planning and carrying out personal application of the resilience factors.
Online students can additionally join us in the private Resilience 101 Facebook Group for ongoing support, resources and challenges.
