Low-Carb Clever Cauliflower Bread (Savory Version)
A dense, moist loaf made with nutritious cauliflower instead of carbs! This recipe is a great base for either savory or sweet renditions – get creative and swap the seasonings around!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Rinse and cut the cauliflower head, reserving the florets.
  3. Place florets into a food processor. Pulse a few times until it’s rice-like.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into a lined and greased bread dish. Note that the parchment paper was difficult to remove, so skip that.
  6. Decrease oven temp to 380 degrees at the time you put in your loaf. Bake 10 minutes.
  7. Decrease oven temp to 360 degrees and continue baking for 50 more minutes. Watch toward the end and remove when golden brown. Enjoy!
